The Malayalam actress, who recently got married to Nischal in February this year, is getting ready to get separated from her husband though the reason for divorce is not clear.

Kavya consulted her advocate regarding her divorce issue and it is believed that she has been advised that at least an year separation is needed for filing the divorce petition. If rumours are to be believed, a famous lawyer from Cochin would be handling her case. Kavya Madhavan and Nischal Chandran got married on February 5, at a famous temple, Kollur Mookambika in Karnataka and both started living in Kuwait after their marriage.
